Odd office building and the human beast
Occurring on Apr 1, 2007, this dream tells of strange puzzles and protecting others against a human-like beast. It's a good 88% in tact and is well enough recalled to be posted here. I didn't use my mind game to enhance the story.
This well-recalled dream has 4 parts. At the start, me and my sister went to a strange "haunted" cafe which seemed sort of like an open office. The room I was in featured 12 puzzles. Some were old-fashioned such as matching shapes in a board (both made of wood and like baby's toys), but others involved using a computer. Each "station" had a different puzzle. One I had an interest with was one where weird words were to be put in alphabetical order. Most "words" had extra letters before or after it increasing the difficulty. I recall "truck" as one word and starting with an R. "Truck" was something like "Dddddrrrdddddddtruck" at the start of it and there were extra letters at the end as well. There were 30 such "words" averaging about 20 or so letters. I recall someone doing it in about 10 seconds. My sister went at it but had trouble. I went at it converting letters to numbers and arranging using less than and greater than (as I naturally do in the real world). I was 5 times faster than my sister, but she didn't want me to be involved.
Then, someone mentioned of the "Vxxxxx" coming (x's represent other letters of the word, of which I don't recall). This thing was a very powerful, large, human-like beast. Others fled into an isolated room. I, however, stayed behind to fight it. The object was 6 3/4 feet tall, was quite a bit fat (40% overweight - about 800 pounds), had large muscles, wore a white A-shirt and shorts that have been cut, couldn't speak, only made grunts but was often silent, and had bushy hair. With the others gone, I could use my special abilities to fight this thing. The first was the flash attack, which stuns and blinds the enemy, and I also homed in on it at high speed dealing great damage. The monster didn't like that and the stunning and bliding barely lasted a second. I used the flash attack again and stunned it longer. With it stunned, I bit it on the shoulder very hard. The beast returned to normal only very angry. It started a dash toward me, but it couldn't run as fast. I slipped away from the beast and it, too, otherwise went at what the others were doing. They were at the tables, but were eerily still.
I then got word that the beast was up to something. I watched over it. I don't recall what happened next. I do recall it heading for that room, but I attacked the beast to prevent it and protect those in there. It was sneaky and found another way in but I fended it off. I recall the beast later using two test tubes (like those seen in chemistry labs). It was making a kind of glue or sticky substance. I had to intervene. I go into the room and follow it. It chases after me and I get led into a kitchen. The beast and I stare at each other. I charged up a weaker version of the speed blast ready to blast off into the beast in a moment's notice. After several seconds, the beast threw the liquid and I rapidly charged up the speed blast from there. The liquid hit me, but seemed like water and a tenth of a second later, I blasted off at about 360 mph dealing an extremely massive blow to it. The beast fell over but I didn't remain near it for long. I backed away right away. The beast just lied on the floor. Curious onlookers watched in disbelief and amazement. The dream ended about a minute later.
Lost in the story line (no idea where it occurred, but recall these scenes), are a few other scenes. About halfway through the dream, those in the building were outside the "safe room" where the beast was roaming around. I kept a careful eye on it after all the damage and hits I've done to it. Those in the building thought I could be trusted in protecting them.
This map is to approximately to scale where each pixel is one inch. The tables are about 4 feet in diameter and in an arrangement as shown in the map. Here's what each item on the map represents:
1 - This is where the blocks puzzle was located.
2 - This is where the desktop computer was that had the weird alphabetization game.
3 - Another computer was here, in the form of a laptop, and was for another puzzle that I don't recall.
4 - The test tubes the beast was using was located here.
5 - This is a couch in the "safe" room.
6 - This is the entrance to the kitchen, of which is further to the right.
7 - These are entrances. The one on the bottom is where I came into the area from. The one above is getting into the "safe" room. The top one is also where a wall of glass is located.
8 - The beast was here during the final fight near the end of the dream.
9 - I was ready with my speed blast during the final fight at this location.
The spacing and distances are quite accurate, even the locations of the objects. The colors in the map are the best I can recall. I don't recall the wall colors nor that of the couch, so I'm using what is actually shown in my recalled scenes - solid gray. The couch is made lighter to see it easier. The big blobs of gray where walls are indeed where the walls are, but beyond this, I don't have any idea what's there.
