Unusual fire drills and the small cave

Occurring on Feb 5, 2007, this dream tells of a rather weird fire drill and shows my interest in getting high speeds from gliding. It's only 85% in tact, but is recalled well enough to get the full story. I didn't use my mind game to enhance the story.

This well-recalled dream has 4 parts. At first, I'm in a store, a small semi-department store given the many books, movies, and video games along with a few others. I was shopping around and took a few things off the shelves placing them in my shopping cart as anyone would do. The building had an unusually high ceiling and had walls painted a blue-cyan color (or, more precisely, 0090E0). The ceiling was about 35 feet high covering 3 floors' worth. The floor was tiled and a very light color, but I don't recall the texture since I almost never looked at it, not even the size of the tiles is known, but I do know they were square-shaped rather than rectangular or some special shape. There were various books around and the books were located near the doorway, which was where I was at. The movies were to the right (as if you just entered through these doors) and the games were on the left. There were other things here, but I don't recall what they were. I was standing about 10 feet away from the right edge of the doors toward the right. After 5 minutes, a loud buzzing sound occurred, like a fire alarm. I was told that this was just a practice drill. This is also where the dream got weird.

I left the store right away since I was near the doors. I took the cart with me and began gliding. I was pushing the cart while gliding and rached about 40 mph where I stopped accelerating (the cart's friction was too much for the acceleration posed). The staff told me to go into this tunnel leading underground. I had to leave the shopping cart behind. Inside the tunnel were a few paths at first, but toys meant for 4-year-olds were scattered around the dusty area. It was a bit difficult finding my way but found where I needed to go. One area I recall was where there was the main pathway splitting into two, then merging at the other side. The pathway is about 8 feet wide at the start but the split paths, spanning 40 then another 40 after a sudden, sharp, 90° turn, are only 4 feet wide. I left the cave and was on a hill that went another 40 feet higher in a wavy-like fashion. That is, it frequently got to a 3:4 slope at max steepness, but levelled out around an 8:1 slope and the the slopes were all randomized, even at the same elevation. At the top was a level surface of about 3000 square feet. That's where we waited. There were about 50 here.

A minute later, we returned. It was back through the tunnels and I preferred to glide back since it was so much faster as I was going down instead of up. I took the route through the caves, but entered the wrong route. I fell into a narrow-walled area with very steep 1:6 slopes only a foot wide that narrowed. At the bottom was thick mud and I sunk 3 1/2 feet into it. I couldn't get out so I used insta-teleport to get to a familiar area where I began heading for the store by running. I left the caves but didn't see the shopping cart. I found my shopping cart in the store again.

A few minutes later, another fire alarm went for yet a second fire drill. I went through the cave again and on top of the hill. When it was time to leave, I, again, glid back, but, rather than using the caves, I stayed up high gliding over everything picking up a lot of speed. I had to pitch up to dodge a few of the closer trees, but it was just a straight dash back, peaking past 200 mph. The area above the cave/tunnel had a bunch of trees on top of it and a slope ratio of about 2:1. The building could be seen from on top of the hill without being in the air and it appeared a blue-cyan color, just like the interior walls. I saw a strange 5-floor yellow area on top of the 3-story building. I entered it with my high-speed glide and crashed into a wall unhurt. It was abandoned given all the gray-colored dust and the few toys around. The dream ended 3 minutes later after exploring the area a bit.
