Could I see some photos of your firework's effects?

Here is the photo gallery. Only the 3, 4, and 5-star quality photos have high resolution versions available. You can see them by clicking on the image. The high res photos are 2272x1704. The 5-star quality photos, the best of them, have higher quality JPG used.

Fireworks 2006 - effects of fireworks 1

Quality: **
Description: Although blurred a bit, this photo shows some streaks from roman candles. It was rather tricky to get, however.

Fireworks 2006 - effects of fireworks 2

Quality: ****
Description: This is a great photo showing the streaks and sparks emitted from a line caused from a roman candle. It kind of even looks like a lightning bolt, but it isn't.

Fireworks 2006 - effects of fireworks 3

Quality: ***
Description: Like the second photo, this is otherwise the same thing, only with the streaks a bit longer.

Fireworks 2006 - effects of fireworks 4

Quality: ***
Description: Although I was rather late with this of the artillery shells due to the camera taking a very long time to actually grab the photo, this one came out quite clearly. It still is considerably colorful.

Fireworks 2006 - effects of fireworks 5

Quality: ****
Description: Although a great photo, it's a bit blurred making it 4 stars instead of 5.

Fireworks 2006 - effects of fireworks 6

Quality: **
Description: More artillery shells, only this came out very blurry, but the effect looks considerably okay.

Fireworks 2006 - effects of fireworks 7

Quality: *
Description: This one came out very blurred and otherwise lacks worthy detail and is borderline acceptable.

Fireworks 2006 - effects of fireworks 8

Quality: **
Description: Being a bit late again from the camera being very slow with a long delay mixed in, this photo came out 3-star quality but due to my jerky hands, motion blur effects were added unintentional thus only 2-star quality. It's not bad though.

The news entry headlines in bold are color-coded for a reason. They tell how big the event was for the headlines and how good my day was for the daily entries. From May 2006 onward, a slightly different system is used, of which has triple the precision. For dates prior to this that use color coding, from the white color, skipping two to red and so on is used. Here's what each color represents (for updates to before May of 2006):

Extremely major event / Very good day
Major event / Good day
Somewhat major event / Somewhat good day
Normal event / Average day
Somewhat minor event / Somewhat bad day
Minor event / Bad day
Extremely minor event / Very bad day
