Version 3.x has at least 2 editions, possibly 3. This chart briefly compares the three editions. Details about them, including screenshots, are described in the next few pages of this overview. Also, keep in mind that this is a work in progress and details are very likely to be changed. That is, some features may not be added at all, some changed or modified, but many will be added. For the addition of a new world (as I've had planned for a while), which would count as an upgrade, it depends on that world.

Do note that some features are classified and will not be revealed until the game nears completion or when I feel as if it's at that time in the development stage that it's worthy enough to declassify. Occasionally, small hints are mentioned, but some are completely unmentioned, not even hinted at.
