Additional details describing each field:

E-mail address - The E-mail address is used to respond to your support question. Without it, I won't be able to help. I will never sell, rent, or give away your E-mail.

Subject - A brief description of the problem you're having. A question with the subject as "help me" will be looked at last rather than the order I received it. Please be clear and descriptive with the subject. There is a 50-character limit, however.

Version and edition - Knowing what version and edition you have will help me help you. To find out, just go to the "about this game" menu from the main menu to see what the current version you have is. It is highly recommended that you update to the latest version for support as older versions will get less and less support.

Error message type - Choose the basic type of error message you get. Errors that appear on the bottom left corner of the game window are harmless, except the save and load errors. If you get an error message saying of having to send something to Microsoft, let me know about it and I'll look into it as these are major errors.

Error message - If you get an error message please use this input field to tell what the error message is. Describing how you got this error message or any relevent information should be done in the last input field.

Video card manufacturer - While ATI and Nvidia are the two most common types, onboard video is also common. If you don't know or have a different type than listed, choose "other".

Video card series - What series of video card do you have? Radeon 9200? 7800 GT? Please note it. If you don't know, just put "don't know" instead. Knowing the type of video card helps troubleshoot your problem.

Memory - Knowing how much memory your computer has (the type doesn't matter) can help. Even on the typical budget system from 2004, the game should run without too much difficulty.

Processor (clock speed) - Knowing the clock speed (often noted on startup) of your processor can help, but is not entirely important.

DirectX Version - DirectX is very important to troubleshooting potential issues thus very important. By running dxdiag from the run menu, you should find your DirectX version.

Operating System - The Supernatural Olympics should run on any Windows operating system from Windows 98 and later.

Describe your problem - In greater detail, describe your problem. If you get any special error messages (like having to send an error report to Microsoft), please explain how you got that error message. The better you describe your problem, the easier it'll be to help. Do not use things like lol or l8er (or however they are) - they often seem like gibberish to me and are confusing. Just use plain language as I use here.
