What is the history of my mind game?

1. At the beginning

My mind game has had a long history. Since I was about 4, I've been involved in playing computer games, lots of computer games. Throughout the years, I've had Atari, PC, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Playstation, and lately the Gamecube. After playing games for so long, I've always had the dream of creating my own game. Currently today, I can almost completely make any game that I've played long enough, but I'm short on one key thing: computer programming. I first starting dreaming of doing this even before the Sega Genesis came out in 1990 or 1991. I never really got to even start on making a new game until 2001, yet, I've had my mind game since 1997! It was in 1999 that my true version of my mind game came to be.

Around 1990 or so, when the game series called "Mario Brothers" was a popular game for the Nintendo, I played that game so much until I literally memorized all stages and worse yet, when I was at school, I've been acting as if I was the character in that game as I was seriously addicted to it. After I got involved with a different game, I got addicted to it so much that I did the same. After about 4 to 5 years like this, when I was actively playing the Sega Genesis, instead of playing as the character as myself, I played the game in my mind instead. This was the first "mind game", but it wasn't my creation. I soon realized it's potential and by 1996, when my Status System* was first developed, I started to play some other games, but my mind game still didn't exist as it does now. It was 1 year later that I actually discovered what I should do.

2. My mind game was born!

In early 1998, I got so interested in going to the Bahamas because one of my "enemies" went there and got interested from it after seeing some pictures of the area. I've been wanting to go since. I've then tried to imagine some scenery from what the Bahamas was like given what few clues I have and this was the start of my true mind game. However, it wasn't until around 1999 that I began doing the strange things I do nowadays.

Most of my ideas came from video games at first. As time went on, I've developed my own ideas. One new and recent one is that of using energy to blast at high speeds. This is called the "speed blast". The animated image above demonstrates this very clearly. You must be standing still and on the ground in order to use it. Once used, you blast off at very high speeds, up to the speed of sound. This comes in handy if you're running down Mount Everest and really want a hog of speed.

3. My modern mind game

My mind game, today is much more sophisticated, not only because I'm now able to display crisp, near-photo quality type scenes, but my ideas on how it should work was the major advance. Today, high speeds, very long, supersonic falls, and countless special abilities and spells make up my mind game today. Many of these are going into my stories I write. My mind game today is a tool for my story-writing, as far as coming up with ideas for my scripts to come. I mainly use my mind game for entertainment when I'm bored, however.
