What are your weird dreams?
These dreams are just that, weird. Now think about it for a minute. There are large piles of trash even 4 feet deep. You and your sister both play in the trash. This is my weirdest of all dreams, but you'll find other dreams less weird than this here, whether it's a pencil eraser functioning as a telescope and microscope, or a bizarre play with a 300-story tower and Mrs. Stinky on it who really stunk up the whole area. Anything odd or usual that cause a high "weird" rating would belong here.
Some of my dreams get really weird and completely unexplainable. One of my all-time most well-remembered dreams is in this category (dream 7-1). These dreams in this category are the weirdest ones I've had that don't fit the other categories well.

Dream 7-41: Mountaintop building and dog going berserk

This dream has two parts to it, both of which took place in broad daylight. The first is where there are a few mini-mountains. I'm in a mountainous area, high up in the mountains (like 12,000 feet or something). The mini-mountains surrounding a building were only 200 to 300 feet high. In one area, there was a roof under construction with a bunch of long 2x4's. There were two layers of these boards, one to form the pitched roof on top and another, being level, for the ceiling. The walls around it appeared fully built, the roof wasn't. I only recall jumping around in here just barely slipping through the roof without falling into them. Another thing I recall is using the mini-mountains to jump up very high (500 to 700 feet) by running up them at a high speed and jumping at the top or steepest slope near the top. Even with the high 130 mph falling, I didn't even touch the boards when I slipped through them. I also recall a pool around the vicinity and that I was supposedly in Denver.
The second part is where I'm in a house in a fairly empty room which had a 2:1 rectangular shape. There were sofas around a wooden rectangular table with a smooth polish to it, of which the table was rather dark. I don't recall well what happened, but one of my dogs ate something and went berserk after only 3 to 4 seconds. I don't recall how the dog acted, but it was acting extremely weird, was extremely active (like a seizure causing heavy movement, but not), and otherwise was vicious. I saw a mechanical thing that I knew would cure it, but I had to be very careful to not alert the dog about this so I went very slowly keeping a constant eye on it while I grabbed the mechanical thing. This object was some kind of AC adapter (those big, bulky things), only with a normal plug (2 prongs, without the third, circular one). I just got to the plug on the opposite side of the room the dog was and the dog began going after me. I plugged it in and gave it to the dog where it repeatedly sniffed it at a phenomenally high speed (like 5 to 7 sniffs per second, 50% faster than the usual high end (about 4 sniffs per second)). This supposedly cured the dog. I then gave it a piece of dog food about a minute later and it happened again after a few seconds, immediately using the mechanical thing I plugged in a short while ago.
Dream 7-42: Van-bus pickups, airport blizzard, and exitting school

Although not well-recalled, I recall three parts to this dream. The first part involves a dark red van picking up students, much like the van I used while in elementary school. I was in the back area of the bus on the right side by the window. The center area was big and open, and specially designed for handicapped users. 3 students were picked up, one of which was handicapped, using a wheelchair. I don't recall what I was doing, but I recall having a strange feeling about something, likely an event in the future I'm sensing.
The second scene is where I'm at an airport. The airport uses glass for the walls and ceiling. I'm told to stay inside due to something going on outside, a soon-to-come blizzard that did arrive. The area was unusually empty as there was hardly anything inside. Normally, there are seats, counters, and plenty of visitors inside, but there's hardly any of that in here. I otherwise don't recall anything else for this part.
The third part is where I'm at a school. I only recall the ending. The hallways are filled with students as if school ended. The carpet was a medium brown and the walls a light gray color with a yellow-orangish hue. I only recall the part where some female student asks me why my website was taking longer than expected to be updated. I told her that I caught a minor cold, wrote a tutorial, etc., that mentioned in my April 22, 2006 blog entry. I was slow-speed float-running through the hallways (about 10 mph) then the dream ended 4 seconds later.
Dream 7-43: Ship maze, solving puzzles, and children playing

There are three parts to this dream. The first part is where I'm in a small house that is dimly lit and was messy. It was night. I recall a lot of toys lying around and a bed, of which a mudpool was below. The bed was stashed in the corner and the mudpool was where the corner was. On the walls opposite those the bed was near, were shelves where many kids' toys were, those for kids about 9 to 12 years old. The parents were coming back. The kids said something of a sink pool. If you jumped in, you kept on sinking. I told them that it was mud and you'd float in it instead. They didn't believe it so I went in myself. The mud was less dense than expected, but even in an upright position without moving, it only came up to 6 inches below my neck. It was deeper than this as I couldn't touch bottom and I went in deeper than expected as well.
The second part is where there were 4 colors: red, green, blue, and one other that I don't recall. They were in black, but written as words. Someone else solved this part at a blazing high speed. I don't recall the solution, but the way the puzzle was designed seemed to be where each color word was some sort of key. It was designed sort of like a video game. The scene was only black and white (no grayscale). I recall a ship, of which had pictures of simple flowers on it, and the ship was a maze. The color puzzle was on the left side of this ship as I saw it.
The third part was where I was in a music room. There were several instruments lying around. The dream ended about a minute or two after entering the musi room where another puzzle was.
Dream 7-44: Water hex digits bug and an unfortunate shopping experience

This dream has two parts to it. The first is where I'm leaving a room in some sort of strange building with gray floors and walls. Near this room was a pool of very clear-looking water that I went into for fun. After walking out into it where it was about 6 inches below my shoulders (about 4 feet deep or so), it became a mess of 85's. I stand in it for some time trying to figure it out. I then sit down resting at the bottom (underwater). Rather than closing my eyes as I always do, I have my eyes open. The view was just like that of air (since I've otherwise never seen what it's really like underwater). Even viewing about 2 feet underwater (by eye level), I could still see the 85's and they didn't seem to move. I thought this was some sort of video game. I looked to the right (turning about 80° to the right) and the 85's became randomized pairs of hex digits with spaces (like a hex edittor has it; 85 represents the number 133 in decimal). When I stood back up again, no longer underwater, the hex digits disappeared. I don't recall what else happened for this part.
The second part is where I'm driving along then shopping. Before the shopping scene, I recall seeing 4 boxes with a colored circle around an opening. I only recall the colors yellow, magenta, and green. The boxes were a near-perfect cube and about 12 feet tall. I don't recall anything else. I recall getting a ten-pack of those curly light bulbs (compact fluorescents; the daylight version (of which mimic daylight)) at some Menard's-like store. I also recall a large white die with large, black dots showing the 5. I was about ready to pay for the items until I was told and pointed to a sign on the wally that checks were not accepted. Since I had no cash, I couldn't pay for the items and just left empty-handed. I wanted to file a complaint and was referred to a machine with a camera and a microphone. This machine was like an arcade game in it's shape and general design. This machine was useless because it asked things that didn't apply to me and had nothing to do with my concern such as my kid's favorite colors or toys and something about a baby. This thing also had a camera. There were other such machines around there with others using them.
Dream 7-45: Very weird pathways and Sonic-like game in a UFO level

I enter through a strange tunnel. As I go through it, the field of view shrinks and I seem to also get smaller as well as time going by more slowly. I don't recall much of what happened in this dream, but I took the new digital camera and a tape recorder and explored this weird area. I recall having to use some sort of basket like a hot-air balloon has to get into this secret area. I visitted this secret area twice. While entering the first time, I was going upwards with brown walls all around of about A05028 (or ######). These walls were about 6 feet away at the closest if the basket was exactly centered and this area used a square-shaped border. I recall heading upwards at about 6 feet per second (about 4 mph).
After the first visit, I recall gliding around in a near-abandoned village. I even had a close encounter with power lines almost even running into them. One area of the power lines sagged down and had barbed wire. The power lines ran parallel to trees about 30 feet tall nearly 7 feet away. All around the area was grass, except a very few old-looking buildings.
At the end of the dream, I recall driving along some sort of two-laned highway with dark pavement and entering this strange area again. Upon doing so, I watched the cars get bigger and much slower (as if the field of view got narrowed or I shrunk and as if time slew down). I supposedly was running low on energy so I had a hard time getting through this long tunnel and otherwise couldn't get all the way through. The dream ended very shortly after.
Dream 7-46: Mini-golf and spirits speak

This dream has two known parts to it. The first is where I'm playing some sort of mini-golf game. Unlike most mini-golf games that often are outdoors, this one was in some screwy indoor area with a lot of white walls and spiral-like stairs (Using 6 steps at a time and always right angles). I was on the last hole, at the very top of a high hill. I recall, after finishing, climbing down about 300 feet of stairs. I made several screwy jumps during this. At the bottom, supposedly outside at some 7x5-foot booth, I was to pay $6.47. I don't recall the tens digit of the cents value, other than it being less than 5 and somewhat unlikely 0. It was a lot less than I thought I was going to pay.
The second part is where spirits communicated with us while on some sort of rather wide city bus. I very vaguely recall anything about this. I only recall two parts. The first is someone swimming in blue-green wavy water somewhere in Florida. This was seen through some glass sphere where the top 1/4 is visible. At the very end of this, a dog of about 30 pounds in weight came up. The dog first used dog language but was told to use English and it it did. I don't recall what any of them said, and I don't recall anything else either.
Dream 7-47: Bathtub rolling down the street

I only recall two scenes in this dream. First, as I was riding along in some very hilly area of town, I came across a bathtub that was rolling down the street. It was very filthy and had an orangish-colored substance in it. The bathtub was 3/4 full of this stuff. The bathtub had wheels which is why it rolled. My mom got upset about it and went to speak with her friend about it a half mile further ahead.
Inside, we communicated with 3 or 4 others (I had 5 in my view). I didn't join the conversation, but don't recall what I did. There were 5 or 6 cars in the garage-like area, mainly classics from before 1970. The building had a concrete floor and was an 80x80-foot area with yellowish-white walls. I don't recall anything else.
Dream 7-48: Weather forecast has a high of 250°F

Likely due to the massive heat wave covering almost the entire nation during the last days, this dream likely resulted from this to some extent. In it, I saw that the weather forecast was calling for a high temperature of 250°F over the Appalachian Mountains area. I get scared about it and I urge my parents to evacuate, but they refuse. At the start, during the first forecast, this 250°F air temperature was to get even within 80 miles of the Rocky Mountains, affecting my home town. It was predicted 3 days in advance.
On the second day, I tell my parents to leave again. They refused as before. I told them that they must leave either today or tomorrow. They still refused. I then explained to them what 250°F is like. Oddly enough, they didn't mind. The weather forecast said the same thing as yesterday, only not as close to the Rockies, but still putting my home town in this area. It was 200 miles from the Rockies instead of 80.
On the third day, leaving was even more urgent, but my parents still refused to leave. I got very worried about it. I didn't know what to do. I watched the weather again and the forecast was showing 254°F as the high for the next day. When nightfall came, the dream ended. Each scene took place in my house, but otherwise don't recall anything besides the very dark red covering the area where the 250°F air temperature was going to cover.
Dream 7-49: An odd dog bite

A bad dog attacks me on the left cheek. A hot-dog-shaped object reaching 2 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch in diameter of a color 3/4 as bright as my skin (thus darker) forms. As time went on, it got shorter, an inch every 15 to 20 minutes. By the end of the dream, it was otherwise gone. When the dog bit, it had a firm grim on my left cheek and the object slowly grew about an inch a minute as the dog held on and tightly. It hurt quite a bit. I vaguely recall anything much about it. This occurred at my house in the living room. The dog had dark-colored fur, a very thin coat of black and dark browns (or 100800 to about 502810, ###### to ######). I recall having to wrestle the dog, forcing it's mouth open.
Dream 7-50: Nosebleed and taking a bath

I was taking a bath normally at first, until I got a major nosebleed. I otherwise took my bath like this, even trying to submerge more of myself. I also peeled away a scab which caused more bleeding. The water in the bathtub was very red and I took a bath in it. I turned the faucet on to the coldest and filled the red-water-filled tub with cold water. It continued to fill until 10 inches deep, one inch short of the upper rim (the top). The dream ended at this point.
