What are your water dreams?
Quite often, I have a dream that features water. They tend to be quite a bit of fun and are often moved to the "fun" category. In general, they involve playing in water, swimming in it, or messing with it throughout much of the dream.

Dream 3-41: Watergun fun, underwater hotel puzzle, and a mad man

This dream has 3 known parts. The first is where I'm in the yard just outside my house. I'm the target for water guns (toys that throw a small jet of water out), since I don't have one and my sister and dad do. Unlike my sister and dad, I had special abilities. Jump 15 and a weak flash attack that adds 15 mph instead of 100 were the main two. My only safe spots, of which were temporary, were high places such as on top of the garage roof or one of the many parts cars lying around. One time, I went into my neighbor's yard by accident. It was against the rules. I was also "cornered". I don't recall anything else about this part.
The second part was where I was in a submerged hotel. I don't recall what I was supposed to do or why I even entered. As I started out, I went underwater, in which the water had a very clear, but slight grayish color to it, and went into a large lobby-like area. It was 120 feet long, 100 feet wide, and 40 feet high where you could see 3 floors' worth in rooms along the walls with walkways all around. The water was so clear here, it was almost like you were in ordinary air and there weren't any distortions caused by the water, even at great viewing distances. There were many rooms and some of them were not entirely underwater. Other rooms had puzzles to solve. I only vistted the lobby-like area and 2 other rooms. The first was blank and the other had a puzzle. I needed air after visitting the first room, so I tried to leave the building. I couldn't find the entrance and instead, found the only seen room with a puzzle. There was an assortment of objects and a duct I needed to get into. There were 2 screw drivers on the dresser. There was an opening in the roof as some kind of duct entrance. I thought I could get air that way. I unscrewed one screw but then the dream skips to the third part, the scariest.
Some mad man about 15 or so years old had a real pistol (gun). It was a semi-automatic type and never seemed to run out of bullets, even though close to 80 were used. It reloaded itself, but you had to pull the trigger each time to fire it. Me and many others (about 20 from what I can tell) went into a tall building where linear stairs went all the way to the top floor, about 30 floors up. Around the 15th floor (in terms of height), there was a sudden area that was flat. The stairs were supposedly made of marble or some kind of stone given the way they look. They have a light gray color with random specs of yellows, greens, and other colors, of which are a bit tricky to see, and occasional holes 1/32 inch in diameter and probably 1/64 inch deep or something (they appear black). As we climbed, the mad man continously tried shooting at us, but always missed, likely because we were out of range, he had bad aim, the stairs blocked the bullets, and/or some other reason. As we got higher, I was a bit more scared due to the building being made of only 2x4's and nothing would block the fall if they were to break. By floor 20, I was starting to get scared and I slew down and was crawling up. At the top, the mad man would climb the stairs without shooting. When he was near the top, an adult came at the right time. When the mad man came, I ambushed him easily grabbing the gun from him. The dream ended a few seconds later while the adult took care of it.
Dream 3-42: Trouble at a lake house and fun at the lake

I'm at some fancy 3-story house by a vast lake in this two-part dream. It was supposedly very early in the morning as I could barely see the water (due to it being very dark). I was very tempted to go in it as there were big waves, nearly a foot for the heights. I was about to get dressed to go in it but had trouble. There were supposedly two dogs or animals, roughly 40 pounds by size (using my dogs with known weights as a source, improving the accuracy). One was a "poodler" and wasn't any trouble. The other was a "moodler". The moodler kept grabbing some of my stuff with its teeth and hauling it away. I had to give chase. I caught it and returned to what I was doing just for the moodler to take off with it again. I made 4 or 5 chases, all but one went up the stairs. The last one was where it managed to escape with it. It was an orange foam-like blanket. I then just left for the water.
The Sun rose quite a ways above the horizon by then, as if 80 minutes passed since I first saw or recall the outside. The waves were now only 6 inches high but that did not deter me from going in. There were others in the water as well and some about to go in. The lake seemed to extend out about 2 or 3 miles and the beach I was at was of a 8:1 slope. Someone asked me if I would like to explore the underwater regions of the lake. I refused as I had other things I wanted to do. One of the first was to swim to a wooden dock roughly 7 feet wide about 150 or so feet away. I had to cross water that was deeper than I was tall to get there. I had no trouble getting there, even the waves weren't problematic. Someone was on that dock asking how I could swim with the waves as they were. I recall speaking for about a minute then I just left. I don't recall what I did next. The water was very clear-looking as you could see the bottom of it roughly 30 to 40 feet deep quite clearly and the light scattering effect (causing random bright spots) was awesome-looking. The waves, as time went on, got smaller and smaller.
Late in the dream, I was messing around underwater. It was so clear, I could see the one who asked me about exploring the underwater regions. He was nearly 120 feet away and only seemed about 25% fogged out suggesting a 500-foot visibility knowing my fog formula. I recall using some of my special abilities, but not the typical ones. If I did it just right, I could jump nearly 8 feet out of the water and splash right back in, like a fish "jumping" out of the water. I usually got 4 to 6 feet. I don't recall anything else.
Dream 3-43: Swimming in a warm water "swamp"

I only recall the ending 5 or so minutes. I recall my sister driving into some miniature swamp. The "swamp" was more of a pond free of snakes, mosquitoes, and other hazards. My sister stopped her car a bit into the water causing the floor to get water about 4 inches deep. I got out and immediately went into the gentle, warm (about 90°F), green-cyan water. The water went about 7 feet deep at the deepest and was quite clear (about 12-foot visibility). There was grass on the bottom of it that I could make out. My sister left afterwards. There were small bits of plant material floating on top and the water had a dark blue-gray color to it with visibility about 8 inches. I just rested on the surface floating with my arms and feet spread out looking up at the trees surrounding the area (about 200 square feet, maybe a bit less). A skip occurs in the dream after 30 seconds of this where I'm back at home. My parents got upset about what I did.
Dream 3-44: The cold lake in April, and grocery shopping problems

I recall 3 parts. The first part is where I went to the lake when it was supposedly April. The water was a bit cold. I went in it. A few seconds later, my dad called me to do something. I had to go deep into the water in order to get it, so deep that I stood on my toes to do so. I don't recall what I did though, but it was in an area with a lot of white around and lots of walls. The water was almost crystal clear as you could see almost 1000 feet through it.
The second part was where me and my sister went into a cave-like area that went into the water. Beds were supposedly made that only went 5 inches above the water surface. Without standing on my toes, I was in 2 inches below my chin. I don't recall much on what happened other than attempting to plug up the entrance about 2/3 of the way through part 2. The objects used where near-spherical rocks with weird paintings on them (resembling faces), but there were other objects too, extending about 5 feet into the entrance where the outside (which was bright) could barely be seen. It was supposedly to make the parents unable to find us.
On the third part, I went grocery shopping. I only recall 3 events. The first was where I was going through checkout. I recall leaving without problems. The second event was where my groceries were lost in a very deep lake while on a boat. It was during the night that this occurred. The water was calm as you couldn't see anything in the way of waves. The last event is where I got more groceries and was at the checkout. I had trouble with writing the check as I made 5 or so errors in one. I voided it and wrote another making 2 mistakes taking almost 4 minutes to write a check and holding up customers while doing so. It's as if I had amnesia.
Dream 3-45: Swimming in dirty water, Ice Cap 32-bit remake, plants, and thin ice

This dream has 5 parts. The first is that I saw a pool of brown-colored water. I wanted to go in it. I, at first, wasn't allowed. It was indoors in what appears to be a school. A bit later, I did go in. It was only 4 feet deep at the deepest and you couldn't see any more than a half an inch in it. 3 others went in as well. 3 minutes later, 2 or 3 monkeys were added, of which were playful. I rubbed their bellies. 5 minutes later, we all had to get out.
The second part is where I was on Ice Cap's mountain where I was climbing around on it. It was a 3D side view much like it is in the 2D game, but 32-bit color instead and everything else looks much nicer and more realistic, almost life-like. I just climbed up and did several high-speed runs. I don't recall much here.
During part 3, I was informed that I needed to go to Zimbabwe to get someone there. I got excited about it and otherwise not much is recalled.
I was outside checking plants around my house in part 4. The ground was very saturated given all the water and the squishy ground feel/sound. My dad once made a remark saying that some plant was getting too much water, but I don't recall anything else. This was on the western side of the house though.
The final part was where I was in some rural wintry scene with iced over pools of water in ditches. I was with my dad. I sometimes was deliberately trying to break through the thin ice and did so 3 out of 5 times. The water below was only 6 inches deep at the deepest. I "teased" my dad by saying that I fell through. I don't recall anything else.
Dream 3-46: River tunnel and workers having a meeting

I recall only the last part to this dream. The first is where I'm near a river where a concrete tunnel is. There are a bunch of trees across the river and a few on the side where I'm at. There are about 8 or so others here that I recall and nearby, but not neccessarily with me. This seems to me like I was in a park of some sort. In my recalled photo-quality scene, the river extends about 7 feet down with a slope covered in thick grass until the last foot above the river, of which the slope has a 1:1 ratio. On the other side, across the river and where the slope levels out, there are a bunch of trees so packed that seeing much more than 40 feet beyond is not possible. The trees are about 20 inches around on average (ranging from 16 to 24 inches, hovering mostly around the 20 mark)), and spaced only 6 to 10 feet apart. To the right about 25° is where I see the tunnel. The tunnel extends 2 feet higher than the surrounding land and is anchored on the 1:1 slope about 2 1/2 feet above the water's surface. It's of a strong gray color around A0A0A0 (or ######). The river, here, has a few small waves barely a half inch high from lowest to highest point. In the scene, I'm looking at the point across the river just a foot above the ground. I see a lot of green in my view, both from the grass and tree leaves, and it's a strong, very vivid green (about 006800 or ######). There's 2 other trees in my view to the left side of my view about 55° to my left and another 70° to my right. The grass is about 6 inches tall.
I don't recall how it happened, but I went in the river. Others thought I got lost. I went into the tunnel and held onto the gray brick wall. I was curious to where the tunnel led. There were currents, but even neck deep, one could still stand on the bottom without being carried away. I used the curving brick wall (which turned 1° every foot around). The tunnel was 8 feet wide. It had a concrete floor which was a bit odd, but helpful. The water remained about 4 feet deep and was very flatt-looking (no waves). At the end of the tunnel, I was in an area where I could feel mud at the bottom, only 6 inches deep. There was some object protruding 10 or so inches from the wall on the side I was on. There were workers supposedly having a small talk about something work-related just beyond, of which were standing in the water. The workers had construction hats of a yellow color and had suits on like most any construction worker had working on buildings (i.e. they weren't dressed for being in water). I tried to hide myself by going deeper in the water, but didn't like the mud. Still, I went in to the top of my neck but took 2 minutes to get that deep since I didn't want to be noticed or cause any sounds. By then, one of the workers spotted me. One asked if I needed help and how I got here. I showed him how I used the wall to get in. I started to leave the tunnel and 10 to 15 seconds later, the dream ended.
Dream 3-47: Visiting someone's lake and pools

I recall 2 parts. The first is where I visit someone's house where a lake is. There's actually 3 pools of water. The lake is the largest. There's a small pool 40 feet away also from the lake, and in a back alley, there's more, but that area is more like small puddles with soft mud. In the first part, the water was calm and I swapped between the lake and the pool, ending with the pool. After this, I don't recall any scenes at the start.
In a later scene, part 2, I was supposedly riding in a car to go some place. We reached the lake along the way and saw large waves on it. The water had a greenish look to it. We were going to stop by the same area in the first scene. We could only use the small pool, even though I was tempted to go in the large lake. My mom surprised me with it. I went in the small pool and found that the water was rather chilly. Shortly after, I saw someone in a red 2-door truck stop in the alleyway. I went over there, stepping barefoot in the 3-inch-deep soft mud and asked what he wanted or was doing. I don't recall what happened, but the truck soon left. I think the driver was lost and asked for directions. The dream ended 3 seconds after the truck left.
Dream 3-48: A school building water party

This dream is well-recalled and it is posted as a story here. As a summary, however, I'm in a school with hallways of water. A big pool in the lowest floor was the starting point of the main events: assisting someone and running from someone in a chase.
Dream 3-49: Visiting relatives and a strange backyard pool

There are 4 parts to this odd water and travel dream. I start at my house getting ready to visit relatives. I don't recall much but I do recall my swimsuit being involved.
When at the relative's house, we were supposedly going to eat. The backyard had a pool of muddy water. The yard was just flooded and barriers around it prevented the foot-deep mud water from getting out. I recall this water draining at 3 inches per minute while I played in it.
The third part was where I was at my relative's house again. This time, it was quite packed as the whole group was here, around 20. The back yard had a pool of water again, only it had a greenish look, was very clear (like a 500-foot visibility), and was in one isolated corner. Someone else was in here along with myself. I went into the areas deeper than I was tall and didn't have problems. When about to leave, I recall sinking to the bottom going 15 feet under then crawling at the bottom towards shore. Somehow, I gained weight instantaneously and I could barely move myself, almost as if paralyzed. When 8 feet under, I opened my eyes, something I'd otherwise never do, and this is how I obtained the visibility (given my fog formula). Underwater, I saw things as greenish color, but mostly clear (a lot less green than when looking at it from the surface anyway). Once at the bottom, I gained control over myself, but still would no longer float. I crawled along the bottom going up as much as possible. Once I reached the area 4 feet deep, the dream ended.
Dream 3-50: Bad guys, ice water, and a strange treasure room

The main things I recall are having fun with ice water and keeping away from bad guys. Frequently, I ran into someone chasing me. Early in the dream, I reached an area of ice while being chased. I broke through it by stomping in various places. An area roughly the shape of a circle 5 feet in diameter. A pool of very cold water was roughly 3 feet down. I hopped in the water, swam underwater for a few feet and arrived in another area. I got out by climbing the walls. The room had lots of treasures, usually coins. A magic 1 was in the carpet. I don't recall what it was, but I could clearly see the white 1 with a black outline at about font-size 12 and Courier New. It seemed to have value to it. I hopped back in the pool and returned to where I was.
In later scenes, I'd hop back in again. The water was 8 feet deep or so in both areas. I recall at lease 6 cases of jumping in. In 2 or 3 of them, I just went in for fun. The others were to keep away from the bad guys. I just treaded water in some cases. I returned to the treasure room 2 or 3 more times and grabbed the new treasures every time. The later I went into the dream, the more time I spent in or near the water. The whole dream was indoors.
