What are your school dreams?
Anything involving school, whether it's taking a test, teaching a class, or being in a school or school-like setting would have such dreams posted here. Usually my elementary school is mentioned along with my high school or some foreign school (foreign as in, one I've never been to, even if it's in my home town).

Dream 10-41: Revisiting my elementary school - I get invited as a guest

This dream has 1 main part. At first, dad was driving into town. I wanted to stop at my elementary school and meet some of my past teachers. He stopped there and I entered. I went to the 6th and 5th grade areas. I vaguely recall how it happened but in one of the classrooms, I was invited. They were about to play a film slide show, which involved still images on something resembling photo film, and an audio tape for a sound track. I was given the honor to set it up. I told the teacher I didn't have time. I set up the device but asked where the audio tape was. A few seconds later, I saw my dad coming and I tried hiding. When he came, I jumped 5 feet doing a forward flip as a ball. I jumped across a table like this. I surprised my dad and he was upset. I started leaving the school and just before reaching the exit doors, the dream ended.
Dream 10-42: End of school year teaching class with chalkboard

I only recall a few bits and pieces, mostly from recalled scenes. In one scene, 10 minutes before the end, I was in the front of a class facing away from them at the dark blue-gray chalkboard. Another recalled scene is where I'm at a table that has stuff on it. I don't recall what it was of. The only part of the story I recall is doing stuff with the teacher and class as a whole and on the chalkboard. It was the end of the school year.
Dream 10-43: The model skyscraper and an odd math puzzle at a university

I recall many things. At first, not much was going on. My sister was to take exams. I was with my mom. I wanted to look around and did. I went through the hallways which had sandstone-like tiles of a reddish-brown color with 12x12-inch tiles. A large open area, beyond a 90-degree turn, was nearly 75 feet on each side. There was a model sky scraper that had 18 or so floors and was 15% of the original size. It was in the middle of the large open area. It had no texture other than windows, and looked as if made from cardboard. It was actually metallic. I didn't think much of it at first. Later on in the dream, I was dashing through the open hallways at 25 mph and amazed what few students and teachers there were.
I returned to where mom was and asked about sister. She wasn't done.
In a later scene, part 3, I recall dashing through the same hallways at 25 mph heading toward the model skyscraper. I did a double jump like in Super Mario Sunshine. I had a small 2-foot jump at first, then landed, then a 30-foot jump to get to the top of the model sky scraper. I threw something on top of it (drink bottle?). This is how I know the scaling of the model skyscraper.
In part 4, I was about to try getting enlisted. They had a computer programming course and I was to take an exam. The first exam was a basic elementary math test, but was far more of a puzzle than a math test, a very difficult puzzle. At the top were the 26 letters of the alphabet. On the left were the digits 0 through 9. A through H were given and I needed to find out what I through Z were. There were addition questions below the chart and spanning on the next page. Before I took my exam, I wrote into my daily log as I do in the real world. I had May 28 as the date. I first wrote on the desk, another sheet of paper, then my log. I erased what I wrote on the desk. I started at the exam but was stumped seeing the letters. There were no clues and no way to answer those that used I through Z. Some questions could be done, especially those that didn't use letters to replaced digits. There were no hints from the answers part since none of them were given. It seemed like an impossible test. There were nearly 100 questions on the two sheets containing them.
Dream 10-44: The underground school and strange happenings

This dream has 4 parts. I vaguely recall it outside the scenes. One scene, likely the first, is where I'm in a classroom 2 floors below the ground-surface floor (a subbasement). Class was in session and I was doing various school assignments - worksheets I think. All floors in this building had carpets of an orangish-yellow hue (about 50°) and a moderate brightness (about 160)
The next scene I recall is a luch scene where it was time for lunch. I recall a cup/bowl where you'd get ice cream if mixed with water. It was chocolate milk day and, accidentally, I put it in the ice cream power. Instead of vanilla ice cream, I got a vanilla ice cream shake instead. I recall something happening here that made me run off into that classroom. I went another floor lower than my classroom and I saw an open pit/hole in the floor leading to a dirt area. I saw a pick axe down there and I was afraid to go down there mainly since it looked about 10 feet down. I, instead, went into the other rooms and remained there for a bit.
Another scene has me at the brighter ground floor where, again, something happens making me return to the floor 3 levels below. I don't recall anything else.
Dream 10-45: Soccer/dodgeball game in school gym class

I only recall the last 8 minutes. I'm playing a soccer-like game in gym class where you get 8 or so 2-inch rubber balls at least 1/3 of the way into enemy territory. The set up seemed like dodgeball. There were 12 to 14 players on each team (number not certain) The winner of this game would be rewarded. The opposing team managed to do so then I did just a second later. Even though we were so close, my team got nothing while the other got $350+ in candy (as I saw on a cash register later on). I spoke with the gym teacher if we could get something but nothing worked. He was very friendly though. There was another part after this, but I don't recall it.
Dream 10-46: computer class troubles

I'm taking a rather bizarre computer course. It was on the ninth floor of the school building (I think this was the top) and in 3 cases, I had a hard time finding it. Even the students agreed with this. I don't recall what the class was the class was doing, but there were 3 sessions covered. The first went well. The second was where I got lost on floor 7 and arrived ten minutes late where I needed to get the school principal to help me find it. There were 3 boxes of laptops and the one I was assigned to use couldn't be found and after 5 minutes of searching and arguing, the teacher found it, got it out, and handed it over all in just 10 seconds. There were various symbols on the chalkboard. I "did" 3 of these so far making me far behind. The third was a cross between rounds 1 and 2. I still had difficulties finding the class and the laptop, but I did better in class otherwise. The school had brown carpets and medium-dark walls (96 for the brightness) and I otherwise vaguely recall the scenery.
Dream 10-47: Tough book and comprehension question in reading class and big hail stones

This long, odd dream has 5 parts. I'm using my Zen MP3 player, of which I installed Excel on. There was a button with a keyboard icon, used for typing. I was at school and the only class involved with the dream was a reading one - yes, comprehension. The book was tough and confusing, but I saw that the teacher had a simplified ersion. The teacher saw me struggling with it a lot, along with other students. The simplified version was given instead, myself included. It was more at my level, grade 7. I went at the 15 questions and had a hard time concentrating.
At the end of the day, I left but was involved with figuring out those questions, making me lose track of things. I returned home and 2 minutes later, hailstones dropped. They were huge, 4 to 5 inches in diameter. I was about to get a photo and realized I forgot my MP3 player and camera. I got my sister into taking me back. I was hoping that the school was still open. While going there, sister took odd and somewhat risky shortcuts. One was going up a narrow 5:1 slope after a tight turn. I arrived to find the last few leaving the school so I was barely on time. I got my MP3 player, still showing the spreadsheet, and my camera. Two teachers/staff involved with my 7th and 8th grade years were curious about my MP3 player. I showed it then it started to hail again. This time, the stones were 1 1/4 inches in diameter on average (5/8 to 2 inches for the range of 99% of the stones). I got a photo of it. They came down heavily. The dream ended 30 seconds into it. Both hail storms had no rain, but very thick, dark clouds, causing the sky to look as dark as a clear sky 10 minutes after sunset when it would be otherwise 30 minutes before sunset.
Dream 10-48: School gym, principal, and video equipment, and touring New Zealand

This dream has 2 parts. The first involved gym class at school. It was 8:30 AM or so. We were on the stage waiting for the bell to ring. A wooden floor was in the center. Some workers were drilling holes into it using a drill that looks like and has the size of a jackhammer. The drill bit was 1 1/8 inches in diameter and 18 inches long. The holes were spaced fairly randomly, some 1/16 of an inch away, others over 2 inches. They were almost done. School started shortly after and running was the first. I had the ability to mad dash at 35 mph and used it, zipping by everyone like they were standing still. I could only go in a straight line with this high speed. In another scene, I recall the principal's office and it reminded me of the show on TruTV. The school appeared to be a high school. In another scene, I recall working with video equipment and spotted my NES there for some reason.
In part 2, I was with my friend I nicknamed "Bill Nye", touring New Zealand. I recall wondeful scenery (lots of greens and a few hills) and got some photos. I came across a curious scene of perspective for clouds. Clouds closest to the horizon were close, above this were mid-height clouds, and at the furthest above the horizon, about halfway up, were the furthest. I wanted a video of it, but the batteries in my camera were dead. I tried to let my friend allow me to use insta-teleport to return home. I told him I'd take 2 minutes since I knew where they were. The dream ended beforehand.
Dream 10-49: Great gliding speed going down a school staircase

I don't recall this dream that well. The main thing I recall is gliding around then diving (pitching down) upon reaching a 6-step stair case picking up lots of speed. I went over a crowded area near 20 mph but crash into a wall 200 feet past the last step. By crowded, I mean an average of 2 1/2 students per square yard. This lower room had lockers and a strong yellow glow (as from a yellow-dyed light bulb) but the above area was white and bright. I tried again for a faster speed and reached 30 to 35 mph but still crashed into the wall.
I recall a teacher mentioning something about a dictionary, something negative. I also recall a case where I was about to glide down those same stairs and a teacher was a bit worried, especially since I crashed into the wall.
Dream 10-50: Gym class pool refusal and a fighting game

I only recall a few bits of this dream. In gym class, we went to these outdoor swimming pools. They were in a valley. I was on a hill. Hills, about 30 to 50 feet above the pools, formed a border around the pools. A picnic table was present on one of the hills. I was attracted to high places so I got on it. I refused to go into the pools, though I don't know why. The evil teacher was with who began causing troubles. I recall finding a book and reading it.
At the dream's end, I recall this fighting game that was supposedly something in FF8. I had a character, with 5 lives, that moved around like that in a typical fighting game. My character had little HP (50) but the enemies had lots of HP and increased with each round. Hazards were present that were more problematic than the enemies. I reached round 6 where the enemies had 300 HP.
