What are your school dreams?
Anything involving school, whether it's taking a test, teaching a class, or being in a school or school-like setting would have such dreams posted here. Usually my elementary school is mentioned along with my high school or some foreign school (foreign as in, one I've never been to, even if it's in my home town).

I'm in my elementary school again. I'm going around saying "Hi" to the teachers, especially, the past ones. I was trying to use the float run but it really didn't work out. This was another case of being able to float run at a speed well below the requirement.
In another part of the dream, I was actually one of the students in 4th grade with a desk too. The desk was in front of this strange glass thing. I don't recall if I had any assignments to do or not, but I do recall the teacher saying something to me.
Near the end, I lost the ability to low-speed float run. With the loss of this, I was going through the hallways often near 100 mph just whizzing past everything (Now that would be interesting to see how the teachers would react to the "no running" rule!) I was also in this one area with narrow doors that kids could play in. This was in my 4th grade room (which nearly wasn't there). When I tried to get out, the ground-level exit was too narrow for me. The only other entrance was wide enough but 2 feet off the ground. I tried to jump out but students were in the way. 7 attempts were made. I then asked the students if they would give me a clearance so I could jump out. They did, but the dream ended right after that.
Recalled scenes:
1. I'm by the gym of the elementary school I went to. I'm saying "Hi" to teachers while in here. Details are vague, however.
2. I'm float running at a fairly slow speed (around 10 to 12 mph from what I can tell). Where I did this is highly uncertain, but from one part of the dream, I theorize that it happened in the hallways between classrooms. The building is about 4 times longer than it is wide.
3. I'm one of the students at a desk (a wooden one that is smooth on the top and in a 4 wide by 3 high aspect ratio (24 by 18 inches seems familiar)). In front of me (or behind, not sure which), there is a wall that is of the color A0604050 (5/16 visible making it fairly easy to see through). I have a lack of details on this scene, however.
4. I'm float running in the hallways again, only I've seemed to have lost the ability to float run at a slow speed. I'm going around at close to even 100 mph! 80 mph seems to be the average though. I have a lack of details about this scene as well.
5. There is a small "play pen" for children in the hallway near the gym (which, strangely, wasn't visible in my first recalled scene). The glass is more natural though unlike the third scene. However, it is odd as there is an opening at ground level about 3 feet high and about 15 inches wide (small kids could fit through that) and there was an opening which started 2 feet above the ground and was about 1 foot short of the 9 foot-high ceiling (six feet high opening space) and this opening was 2 feet wide, which makes it almost four times as big as the the smaller one at ground level.
Dream 10-22: End of the 9th grade year

I was in some hilly area riding along in my mom's van (? 70% sure of it being my mom's van). The hills took you high and low and the area was empty. Of two well-remembered scenes, one was of a banked road and bubbling quicksand (it was hot anyway). This part was scary. The other part was where I was at the highest point, 300 feet above everything. The hills were covered with grass and there were some brown spots suggesting late May or early October.
I'm in school, the school I went to when I was in the 9th grade (or a similar layout - having 3 floors and the classrooms spread all over the place along the hallways). I went to my English class mainly. It was supposedly the end of the year where you said goodbye to everyone.
At the end of the dream, I, myself, was driving. The order of the scenery was reversed where I had the high hills first. I was driving quite erratically. I had a hard time with curves often going off the road. The roads had virtually no traffic though. When it came to the hot quicksand area, those in the van were worried. I saw a sign indicating the same type of curve I had the most difficulty with. I took the curve more slowly and more carefully. I still went off the road, but I was higher and thus lucked out. This area was where the bubbling quicksand was. I don't recall much else, however.
Recalled scenes:
1. I see bubbling quicksand and it appeared as if it was hot with a small amount of steam visible just above the surface. It was a little scary looking at that. The surroundings are monotonic - almost all the same color except from lighting and some steam.
2. I'm in a hilly area. The hills extend for a long ways. Some may even peak 300 feet above the surrounding landscape. They were covered with a lot of green, but some brown as with mid-spring or mid-fall.
3. I'm in school in a building like my 9th grade school having multiple floors and classrooms scattered all over along the hallways. I'm saying "goodbye" to everyone.
4. I'm driving the vehicle back in the direction I came from having the large, high hills. I'm driving quite erratically as if I didn't know how to drive. I often went off the roadway when it came to curves.
5. I come to the area with the bubbling quicksand and I see a sign indicating the type of curve I have a hard time with. This is what the sign looked like (a rough idea in a similar-looking setting to the actual dream):

I'm returning to school. This one seems to be like my middle school. At first, I'm riding along in a car heading to school. I arrive and take out my books and bags. I head into the school building and saw a bunch of students and teachers. I had to wait a few minutes. I then headed to class. I recall going to gym and the gym teacher having said something about Y-shaped objects in your body. The dream ends around here.
Recalled scenes:
1. I'm in the car stopping at a school that looks a lot like my middle school being a long building with only one floor. I pick up the books on the floor of the car and put them in my book bag. I then head to the school and enter it.
2. I see a line of teachers facing the entrance covering about 90° of my field of view. There were about 12 to 15 teachers. I had to wait a few minutes before doing anything but then everything was normal afterwards.
3. In gym class, I recall having them say something about Y-shaped objects in the body and that exercise will help with them (details are vague on this).
Dream 10-24: A very odd school field trip

I'm exploring a rocky, hilly area with a class. The class goes all around the mile-in-diameter area. The area looks like a bowl with unsteep edges, and about 50 feet from the edge, the slopes go almost to a 2:3 slope ratio. going a long ways down. I was attracted to the high places and stayed as high as I could. There was a pit with a lake in it and some rivers around, but those were roughly 300 feet down. The rivers were about ten feet higher. The class and I walked all around the entire area. I frequently wanted a closer look to see what was below so being high and close were two things I needed. I recall one particular area, about 9 feet further from the cliff and 4 feet above the surroundings on a nice rounded edge. This was the only time I saw the rivers. I jumped and got a decent look at the rivers. They appeared to be the size of a pencil from 8 feet away (in terms of width, the pencil from 8 feet away for a size comparison to the size of the rivers). I then returned to the school, a multi-story building with 3 floors. I recall "Mississippi" being mentioned while in that area, but I don't know how it relates to anything.
Dream 10-25: A strange gym obstacle course

I return to my elementary school as a student. I recall it being near lunch time and I'm at gym. I recall that, after the main exercises, when running, we had to go through a weird obstacle course. I recall one area having a hallway with some red strings. This was outdoors though. I then recall having to walk up stairs and avoid stepping on things on them. I think they were humans that were actually dummies (a model). The top had a door to enter some place. You then had to find your car, one of those small toy cars 2 inches long. I searched for one with an 8 on it and black having a cartoon-like shooting star (a 5-sided star with a 3D look with streaks coming from it that narrow). I find it and grab it. You then continued on and return to the gym again. I did not have my special abilities in this dream. I thought about gliding when I was heading outside at the beginning, but didn't want to do that. After returning to gym, class was over. I headed to the special class and after about 3 seconds of being in there, the dream ended. The class had 19 students. "BJ" comes to mind for the teacher's name.
Dream 10-26: A school problem and and a boat battle

I'm at a school library. Some student, not me though, was being very bad. The staff (or that student) create a smoke screen and because it was hard to breathe, I held my breath and left. I was quick and got out. I went through two doors before I stopped holding my breath. I recall seeing a line of students probably for lunch as I exit through the second door. The library was light (100-watt lightbulb). Through the first door, it was dark. Through the second, it was even brighter (120-watt lightbulb).
A skip in the dream occurs. The second part is where there is a pool indoors with a ridable ship. The ship was about 7 feet long and 3 feet wide. I had one myself and had to do battle with the other ship. This lasted for some time, but don't recall what happened much. This room was somewhat dim (60-watt lightbulb equivelent). There's a third part to this dream, but don't recall anything about it.
Dream 10-27: Sailboats, brake problems, and getting left out

This dream involves a pretty-looking ocean, racing toy sailboats, a class going along inside a building of some kind, and me having brake problems. I get going, but have a hard time stopping, even from 5 mph as if I had almost no friction when stopping. From this, the class leaves me behind when they reach the elevator. I was very close to making it, by a mere second even. There were two or three other areas, but don't recall what they were.
After being left out, I looked around, especially at the sailboat area. I was up about 7 or 8 floors (85 to 100 feet). The water was a pretty bluish-green color. The beach sand area was large extending even 150 feet from the water as far as I can tell. The sand was a very bright yellowish-white color and was bright in general. Out the window, I could see a white platform below, cranes, and construction workers. I don't recall much else.
Dream 10-28: Odd school detention, game, and building design

I'm taking a class, English I think. I was late for class and thus had detention. The punishment was weird though. I was to read a page of a story book and record it on a cassette. I had a bunch of questions on how they wanted it done. After the questions were answered, still recording, I began reading making a mistake. I read the top line without any problems then read the first two or three words of all lines below that. I don't quite know what happened immediately after that, but I do recall one student saying that there were prizes. I said that I knew I was going to be late 100 times and thus had no chance of winning any prizes (except maybe the most detentions ever by any student).
A second scene I recall involves gym and archery. The unusual thing about this is that this took place in a carpeted area (blue-cyan carpet) and there were desks and tables around, sort of like a regular classroom. You were given one minute to shoot as many arrows as you could and as accurately as you could. I was launching arrows much faster than anyone else, but my accuracy was mediocre. I scored about as many points as the others did. On the second run, I wasn't able to go as fast and I was about as accurate as I was before.
I don't recall much else about the classes though. The only other thing I recall is seeing something with "account number" written on it and then a number in size 14 text in red with "756" at the end, as if some kind of amount. This was in the English classroom, but don't recall when it occurred in relation to the detention thing (whether before or after it).
At the end of the dream, I had a hard time figuring out how to leave the place. On the "west" side, there was a wall in the background with 4 large mirrors on it. These mirrors were about 5 feet wide and 8 feet high spanning entirely from floor to ceiling. There was a raised floor well out of the "range" of the mirrors about 5 feet higher. Two janitors (aka custodians) were working in this area with a trash can, cleaners (in the form of spray bottles), brooms, and mops. The central part of this area was mostly stairs. Facing "north", there was a raised area with just three steps on the west and east sides. The "south" area had five visible stairs with a kind of curve that would form an enclosed 20-foot circle if extended entirely. The "east" side I don't recall well. Further to the west beyond those mirrors, just barely visible, was a dark area. Blocked by the mirrors, I didn't get to see what was beyond this. I went back and forth twice revisiting the three main areas twice and once even climbing up on that strange elevated floor from the side. The dream ended around here.
Dream 10-29: The meeting and a special exploration reward

I'm visiting my elementary school as I was at the day it occurred. A small tour of it is the first thing. I recall comparing what I'm seeing compared to my descriptions on my website. I found out that what I have on my website is extremely accurate with only a few missing details such as the stairs to the far left of the basement entrance. This was short-lasting, however.
The second scene, of three, involves gym, a basketball game in particular played 2 on 2. The game was a low-activity game where lots of waiting was involved. One part I recall is going after an opponent and taking the ball from him/her to get my team a score. A small argument started about that. I mentioned that what I did was allowed in the rules of basketball. Not much happens for about ten minutes or so (or at least I don't recall anything).
In my 4th grade class, which was empty, there were 4 around a small table. It was a surprise meeting. They mention that I love exploration, causing me to get excited, and that I'll be doing some diving and skating for sure as well as general exploration. I then tell them that it has been over 100 million seconds (a little over 3 years) since I last went on vacation, a 9-digit number. Some paper with hand-written notes mention this only weirder. One thing I recall on the paper is that the Sun's core is 15 million degrees (in Celcius) and a bunch of scientific notes that mention the same thing - exploration. The notes seem to be clues to upcoming events, exploration in general. The dream ends shortly afterward.
Note: As of the day the dream occurred, this is a true statement, and it's more around 170 million seconds (5 1/2 years).
Dream 10-30: New at a new school

I supposedly return to my high school. I get totally lost on where I am and where to go. I try finding the principal's office, but don't find it. From the front, I slwoly, but constantly and confused, make my way to the back side of the building where no one was around. I then find the classrooms for language/literature. I don't recall how I found them though.
I ask for assistance while in the class. I soon get my schedule. While in the wrong classroom, they mention dictionaries and some dictionary websites. I bring up Wikitionary, but took 3 attempts to get the word out. I then get my schedule and realize I was in the wrong classroom. I go to the correct one, but here, I was given this big 400080-colored book (or about ######). The book was 20 inches tall, 12 inches wide, and about an inch high. I don't recall anything else about this.
The scenery is vaguely recalled. The building had a brown carpet, and brownish-colored walls with a light-gray ceiling. The area was of medium brightness (60-watt light bulb equivelent). The classrooms were empty and huge in size reaching even 30x30 feet. The desks were sort of randomly scattered around rather than in rows and columns or bunched together (groups in sets of 4 or 5 - the dream had groups of just 1). The building was kind of a maze of hallways.
Outside the school, I try to catch the bus. It's broad daylight outside. While riding it, the bus sets a record involving traffic lights. I'm not exactly sure what it was, but I think it was the most consecutive yellow lights (green less likely). Near the end, the bus goes through a red light. It is also slow going. I recall being outside the bus stopped at a red light alongside the bus near the center of the road. The bus starts going and the dream ends.
