What are your nightmares?
Nightmares are very rare to me and what nightmares I do get are often just barely into the category. That is, if 4 times scarier than neutral and it doesn't fit any category, it'd go here, and this happens to be the most common case, although it would otherwise be rare (as with the fun and weird categories). Only the first one's details are left out as it's not suitable for a younger audience.
Noteworthy dreams in this category:
4-1: This dream is the scariest of all my dreams with no other dream even coming close to it. It's worse than even the opposite of the best of all my dreams at -900 compatibility. Even though it occurred around 2000, it still haunts me nearly a decade later. It's very graphic, as if watching a horror show with a TV-MA-V (TV-MA with excessively high violence). Due to this, I will not post any details about it, not even in E-mails. Only suitable things are mentioned just enough to give an idea on what the dream was basically about, but that's as close as I'm going to get.
4-2: This dream is a featured event in one of my stories, "The Legend of the 10 Elemental Masters".
4-3: This is the only dream where I actually "died".
4-5: I've tried twice to make an interactive story out of it. This is the second scariest of all my dreams, but is nothing compared to dream 4-1.
Dream 4-11: Plane crash and house on fire

I only recall the last 5 minutes of the dream, the worst part of it. The first thing I recall is some vent pipe having a flame inside. This vent pipe went from the roof top to the house somewhere (likely inside the walls somewhere hidden from view), then heading out over the porch. This vent pipe had a diameter of about 8 inches, rather large. It was has a shiny silvery color. I, and someone else, tried to figure out where the fire was coming from by putting various things down the vent pipe.
20 seconds before the dream ended, I was on top of a car about 30 feet from the house and I saw a large plane crash into the ground (going about 130 mph almost straight down (75° down from straight across) and parallel with my view) about 1800 feet north, which, supposedly, is in the middle of a farm field. The plane covered 3/4° of my field of view (using the Moon as a guide to estimating it, even though the Moon wasn't visible). Racing toward the phone to report it, I got a running jump and started gliding toward the house. I got to it 4 seconds later to find it on fire. After 2 more seconds, the dream ended.
Dream 4-12: My apartment room and website got hijacked

Although vaguely recalled, I recall returning to my room in an apartment to find that things (mostly papers) were ripped up, scattered around, etc. in one big mess. It wasn't like that earlier. I checked my computer and found that my website has been hijacked. I checked my computer and found my website in the same way as my room. I checked my E-mail and found several threatening messages saying my website was going down and various other things. I otherwise don't recall much else.
Dream 4-13: The evil house

There are 2 major parts to this somewhat scary dream. I'm supposedly in a replica of my house located in an isolated area with no one around for a very long ways. Odd things were going on - things getting moved around when no one was in the room or could watch. I know of many such cases happening. We soon left the house. Later on, when driving by, I could easily sense evil.
Dream 4-14: Air tight hotel and the evil-condensed light tornado

I'm in some sort of highly enclosed, air tight hotel where I'm jumping around and stuff. The hotel has a lot of blue and cyan-colored items - floors and walls mainly. There are several lights around, most of the floor-based ones are in the lobby below. The hotel has a large central, open interior. On each of the hotel's 3 floors above the ground floor, there is a pathway that connects all the various rooms together. Lining these pathways are various metallic tables, typically with 4 chairs around them, also metallic. There is a 5:3 aspect ratio for the central lobby. I don't recall many being here, at least on the outside of the rooms. I have no scenes recalled of the rooms, however.
I only recall 3 things. The first is the best part but vaguely recalled. I mostly just explored. The hotel had 3 floors with a large central lobby. The second part is also vaguely recalled until the end where the dream goes bad. I recally my dad being here as well. I recall that he fell over the guard rails from 3 stories above and fell. I quickly cast a spell to pressurize the interior to drastically slow his fall and protect him, which worked quite well. I recall saying "wrong spell", probably referring to the fact that either I indeed used a spell different from what I thought, or, I used the wrong spell level. The pressure now was nearly 3 to 4 times what normal atmospheric pressure would be as an estimate, around that of being 70 to 100 feet underwater. I was worried that the pressure was too high. At least my dad's fall was slown down enough and he landed on a couch which cushioned the fall even further.
The third part is the scariest of all. In the distance, a near-replica of something from a dream roughly a month earlier. That something was a red-colored tornado-like thing that was of light. I recalled that it was something that only appears when the pressure gets too high. The tornado of light was 9 inches in diameter at the widest with a circle where the tip is that is about 1/4 inch in diameter. The circle itself is grayish yellow in color. The tornado wasn't connected or coming from anything, it just appeared and hovers in mid-air. I don't know why, but I went over to the tornado, almost swimming, and touched it. A sudden skip in time occurred and the tornado was still there, but this time, my dad was barely a foot from it, already affected by it. I got drawn to the circle and reached over for it and put my right hand pointer finger over it and I got extremely scared at that point, enough that I woke up from my sleep, 3 hours into it at the time the dream ended. The scariest part would have the scary rating spike at nearly 150.
Dream 4-15: Watching a movie with Jake, a skeleton eating the residents

This dream haunted me for next 5 days after it occurred. This dream has 2 parts. The first is where I'm about to watch a movie involving a haunted house and an old coffin falls from a ledge and breaks. The house became haunted from that. 3 minutes later, I stopped watching the movie.
Part 2 is where I watch the whole movie, now with my parents and family. I watch the same first part of it then, from where it left off, I recall some residents moving in to supposedly live there. They encounter many supernatural events. The main spirit was named "Jake". It wasn't bad for the most part, like a PG-13 rating for a horror movie. I recall a toy involved that was made of cubes. There were 3x3x6 cubes, totalling 54. In one corner, a wireframe was used instead. These cubes had connectivity that allowed one to form shapes using them. The wireframe made it hard, although a total of maybe 8 1/2 cubes were lost because of it (4 whole, and 9 halves). This toy was involved during the end, and until this point, it wasn't all that bad, about a 4 to 5 on the scary rating.
It's what follows that has a serious impact on the scary rating making this a real nightmare. At the very end, one of the residents was about to call someone. Jake, who resembled a living skeleton (but could go 40 mph in sudden bursts), was about to leave for a test. The resident told him to do good. Jake left in one of his 40 mph bursts, then, a second later, returns saying "thank you". The two hugged each other, as if friends. 3 seconds later, Jake returned and the resident asked him something, probably to eat him, though I don't recall. Jake bent his head over and in the area where the neck would be, began to "eat" the resident, but I woke up abruptly in fear. I didn't want to go back to sleep for nearly an hour because of this, but, having only gotten 5 hours' sleep, I went back to sleep without problems. Over the next 5 days, this dream continued to bother me.
Dream 4-16: Taxi driver was a zombie

This vaguely recalled dream has 3 known parts but only one basic event is recalled. I'm supposedly being taken home by a taxi or by someone familiar. Just as I was about to leave, the driver morphed into a zombie - it looked very scary and I ran for it yelling "zombie!" in a very scared tone. I know a part 2 existed, but I don't recall anything from it. Part 3 was the same as part 1. After reaching the garage door, I woke up in the real world with fear.
