What are your fun dreams?
These dreams are dreams I wished would reoccur many times. The top 2 best of all my dreams are here and the one with the best story is also here. They tend to be very well-recalled, more than most any other dream, and have numerous stories for. The fun dreams are a lot of fun and some are almost true paradise (especially the best one where I'd love to live in that area). There are more record-holding dreams here than any other category, almost half of the records are here.
Noteworthy dreams in this category:
8-2: This dream is well-recalled and should be a story.
8-3: This would be something interesting to host on some Halloween day.
8-5: At 1300 times better than neutral compatibility, this dream is the best of all my dreams. Provided I had all the priveleges and abilities mentioned in this dream, I'd rather live in that world than here. I'd like this dream to repeat 100 or more times. It has the highest compatiblity, best scenery, and the most fun, 3 records all in one. Not only are there 3 records, but the story is also almost a record-setter but comes a bit short. No dream since then (as of Aug 4, 2007) has even come close to it (within half the compatibility at least).
8-7: This is one of the highest favorites and wished it would recur at least 10 times. It features being on an alien world.
8-8: The dream story is poorly written and was modified a lot by my mind game and needs to be redone. Fortunately, as of Apr 10, 2007, I still recall quite a bit of it quite well. The ending part of it is completely wrong. My parents (mom if I recall correctly) were being mean rushing me to finish.
8-10: I wished this dream would recur so I can get more details on it. It's fairly close to the record.
8-11: With the 1100 times better than neutral compatibility for the story, this dream has the best story of all my dreams and I even wrote an enhanced remake of it. In addition, it is the second-best dream of all.
8-12: Concepts from this dream are featured in my abandoned 3D RPG game.
8-24: This dream is extremely well-recalled and is posted as a story.
8-25: This dream is also extremely well-recalled and is posted as a story.
8-27: I wished this dream would recur about 20 times.
8-30: This dream is well-recalled and has been posted as a story.
8-31: This dream is very well-recalled and has been posted as a story.
8-33: At 99% in tact for scenery and 98% in tact for the dream as a whole, This dream is the most well-recalled of all my dreams, right down to the finest of detail. The scenery and story are recalled practically all the way through in this very rich detail and is posted as a story as a result of all the details.
8-39: This dream is well-recalled and one of my favorites. Though it lacks some scenery details, the story is very well-recalled. It has been posted as a story.
8-42: This dream is well-recalled and is posted as a story.
8-43: This dream featured a brand new special ability never thought of beforehand, and the first time such a thing has happened.
8-45: This dream is a very high favorite with a nature rating of 300! I wished it would recur a few times and last at least 10 times longer and I wished the game it depicts was real and for sale.
8-46: This dream has a nature rating of 550 (a spike at 900) which is among the top 5.
8-51: This dream is a once-every-3-years dream, having many elements from dream 8-11. Its nature rating is 400 (an extreme favorite) and its fun rating is 120 (which is very rarely seen).
Dream 8-11: The underwater race

Like the mud/water carnival dream in the fun dreams section (dream 8-5), this dream is also an extreme. Instead of the best in scenery and the most fun (although this dream is very close to being the most fun), this dream has the best story.
In this dream, I was in for a long series of races in a highly oxygenated form of water [only without bubbles of any kind]. You could actually breathe in this water! As the race started, you were at a corner somewhere in this area on a platform with, I think, about 5 to 7 other racers. When the race started, the platform lowered you into the water. For almost every time in this dream, I held my breath all the way through this course. I was so much slower than everyone else was and bullies constantly picked on me in this dream. Though I managed to find my way weaving even by some underwater pizza restaurants and the such. At the end, you were bursted out and thrown up a ways. The finish line was just ahead. I had the special ability of gliding in this dream. What time I lost in the water, which was a serious amount, I made up for gliding as I could easily reach a speed 4 to 5 times faster than one could run, yet, even with this big advantage, I was almost always dead last in the race.
In the next race, basically the same thing occured, and I ended up in the same finishing position, near or at dead last. The bullies every time picked on me and every time the glide at the end saved me a few times from being dead last. I got used of the bullies and found a way to get in 5th place out of 8. While the burst up was occuring, start as fast as I could in the water before the burst. This gave me a like 4-mph extra speed for about 8 or so seconds, enough to give a boost of nearly 47 feet, a significant gain, though hardly anything.
Finally, just before the dream ended, someone told me that you could breathe in that water. I also told the bullies that were picking on me to shove it aside. Though, as the race started again, I think, the fifth or sixth time the race occured, I tried to breathe in the water and it worked well. Yet, I was now 30% faster holding on 4th place in most of the race, occasionally getting 3rd and 5th. In all cases of this dream, I already knew of a racing tactic: hug the sharp corners as much as possible and take the most direct route possible. Then, when I bursted out, because I was 30% faster, I was going about 5 mph coming out giving me a much bigger boost of 58 2/3 feet. Here, because my gliding ability saved me big, I came in first in the race! The bullies were extremely upset that I won and they came in 3rd and later. The friend that helped came in second. It was such a peaceful and amazing ending, so much I wish I could revisit the dream [thus hoping it reoccurs as a few of my dreams have]. A much longer version of this story, in great depth and reproduced in my mind game, is available here.

This dream was a lot of fun although it took place in a strange place. This was a dream in which I was going to a party. This party was in a huge water park. In it, you had to cross a pool that was 300 feet deep about 200 feet long and about 150 feet wide (talk about a huge water bill to fill that thing up!). At the other side of the pool was a huge, high wall and a pyramid of orange, yellow, and pink-colored swirls. The pyramids were stacked up quite high. During this dream, they were tossing blue rubber balls (about 2 or 3 inches in diameter) toward this pyramid while trying to keep themselves from going under in the 10-foot deep pool or so. This dream was a lot of fun. Hidden in some part of this was a treasure chest that I managed to open. I'm quite certain that I had a repeat of this dream as well probably in 2003.
Recalled scenes:
1. I see a big pool of bluish water. Someone tells me that the pool is 300 feet deep. I don't remember whether I jumped in and swam across it or I just glid across. Given the date, I believe I swam across because I didn't have the glide ability then.
2. I'm looking at a giant pyramid about 12 to 15 feet high which has all sorts of orange, yellow, and pink swirls going around it. It was a nice sight to see. The pyramids have big holes at the bottom levels but small holes at the top. I was with a group of like 5 or so. Small blue rubber balls are getting tossed into this pyramid.

Dream 8-13: The bear club gone bad

This dream seemed to have a very promising beginning to it and would've been close to being in the top three list, except it got worse as time went on.
I was in school and, at the end of the day, they announced that the bear club meeting was about to begin. Yes, I'm very certain that it was called the "bear club" but I don't know why. I went to the meeting and listened in. They were mentioning the various ranks. The lowest rank, costing $2.99 to join, had the fewest freedoms. I can recall a "Lutenent" rank as well as another one costing $9.99. The highest rank, with the most freedom, costed a few hundred dollars. I went after something around $30. I can't recall the rank title, however, though it was about the halfway point. The meeting was going on in the gym. They were telling of races and eventually doing races around the world in like 7 places or so. The races weren't like most any other. You had to, instead of running or doing various forms of exercises, do other things. I can also recall the main meeting being in the parking lot. Here, they mentioned all the places in the world the club will be visiting. I can recall one place featuring a waterfall. I can also recall some place in Africa, and going to Japan as well. I believe I heard Brazil, but my certainty is lower. There were like 6 or 7 places listed and almost every one of them sounded very interesting and I was so excited just listening to the list.
One of the first was one in which you went upstairs quickly. I believe that I ran back a ways and started up a glide when the race was going on. I went up the stairs far faster than anyone could dream of. I can recall another area in which you were in this black tire-like things slit open down the center (To better describe this, picture a tire viewed from head-on. You see a circle, right. Now rotate yourself 90 degrees so you see more of just a rectangle. Now, split that rectangle in half as you see it here.). These tires were about 5 feet around on the outer rim and had a 9-inch hole in the center (measurements are of the diameter). The area took place in the water which looked rather dirty as it was greenish-yellow (about 68803040 (3/4 transparent)). The water seemed to be about 2 to 3 feet deep (given the rather high opacity).
The trouble started near the beginning area, which was like a lobby. The master of the games was unfriendly and was trying to get me, however, because of my 90-foot jumps and high speed capabilities he could only dream about catching me. Being too fast for him made this dream a little fun. The master, halfway through the qualification games, didn't like my attitude and was trying to get me to resign or fight, but refused to do both. When at the water area, when the master was very upset, I thought of ways on how to prevent him from being so mean. The master than began to try to fight, but I fled by jumping and gliding. I can recall a fairly narrow pathway with clothing hung by the walls and along the center rack. I was gliding past this area at like 25 to 30 mph. The club members were watching me whiz by in pure amazement. At the end of this area was a staircase, the same one a race took place earlier. I quickly and carefully pitched downward then levelled out when I reached the bottom of the stairs and by then, I was going like 45 mph whizzing through the school. I glid through the entire racing sections far faster than anyone could dream of going. From the stairs, I followed the rather narrow hallway and glid through the kitchen where the fight almost started. There were a lot of donuts and other baked goods on shelves in here. I was going by so fast, it was almost impossible to pick out details. I believe that they were donuts as they looked rather small (compared to a typical cake) and they seemed to reflect some of the light back so I thought they were glazed. I only see glazed donuts on creme-colored trays. The dream ended some time around this point. A sad ending to such a good dream....
Recalled scenes:
1. I'm in the gym and I see a bear club registration sign above the registration table. I see costs of $2.99 on the top for the lowest rank, $9.99 for the rank below that, $29.99 below that, which is the one I targeted after and paid for by check, $99.99 for the second-highest rank and I don't recall the other one with full certainty, though I believe it's $299.99 given the pattern. I can recall the rank "Lutenent", but I don't remember where it was. I'm very certain, however, that it was either the top one or the second-highest.
2. I'm in the parking lot with a meeting going on. I see an 80-inch TV (estimated diagonal distance, high uncertainty) about 20 feet off the ground. The meeting tells of what the bear club is, what it's for, and the places in the world they'll be visiting. There were nearly 700 humans in this area. The TV showed a picture of a pretty scene and a water fall, but I don't recall anything else on the TV. The master was listing various countries they'll be visiting. I can recall one from in Africa, I can recall Japan with high certainty and I can recall Brazil with moderately low certainty. I'm moderately certain that there were 6 or 7 places listed.
3. The races begin after this, the qualification races. Before the start of the first race, I saw a chart listing the activities and their rules. The chart had something like 8 columns or so so I know I'm leaving out more of the races, but I just can't recall them.
4. One of the first races that I can recall was where you were to climb up these stairs. Details are quite vague here, but I believe that I glid up them from out aways. It likely set a record.
5. The only other race I can recall was where I was over this greenish-yellow water with an unusually high opacity. The water didn't look all that good so I tried to avoid touching it. Around the area were a lot of rubber tire-like things (like one of those tire floatation devices), only cut in half so you can still detect the tire circular shape (the circle wasn't cut). At the other end, about 20 to 30 feet out, was this black dock. Details are too vague about this area, however, though, because of the greenish-colored water, I could easily see some light reflections onto the wall which looked pretty nice. This water area was about the 5th or 6th race and there were about 18, 20, or 24 of those tire-like things in the water. Why these? They were arranged in a grid. I'm more certain it's 20, but 24 is also possible and I have high doubts on 18, though I can't rule it out.
6. Before this race even started, the master was very upset with me and didn't like me. He even tried to ban me but I refused. He soon tried to start a fight, but he could never catch me as it is. I thought that, with my glide ability, I could easily follow the airplane whereever it was going and follow the club. From this, I started a long high-speed glide through the school. By the clothes area, I was going nearly 30 mph and I slipped right under the center rack. At the staircase at the other end of the clothes area, I pitched down then pitched back up again and I almost crashed into the students below at like 50 mph. From there, I headed straight for the kitchen which was filled with donuts in every corner. I was going so fast (like 55 or 60 mph) that I can't recall the details very well. The dream ended around here.

Yet another dream featuring a race, only this race was of high speed through this crazy course. The dream took place indoors. Below certain areas of the track was a texture that looked like lava. In the dream, I was using the float run going way faster than anyone else could think of going, even in NASCAR races! I just raced through the course at a very high speed, even at 150 mph at times! Being indoors, this kind of speed makes everything seem like a blur because you're going so fast. I made turns very quickly (turning about 500° per second at about 80 to up to even 120 mph, so fast it could easily pull over 20 G's of force!) and I was having a great time doing the races.
In one part of the dream, I was racing in this medium-dark gray block-like thing. I barely even made it with this thing (and it went about 20 mph). In fact, when I was supposedly going to land, everyone was telling me to get out of it quickly or I'll die from the lava. The object began fading away so I quickly made it to safety, barely though. I can recall a previous event in which someone fell and died in the lava. When my block-thing was about to disappear, I got really scared. Even over the lava areas, I was float running along very quickly and fast. The track was rather narrow, about 6 to 12 inches from my best estimates (probably around 10) and the tracks twist and turn like crazy. The tracks cover a very large portion of the area and are very compact. The indoor area was like 30 feet high and close to about a tenth of a square mile or so and around 2 to 3 times longer than wide. I recall float running along the side walls to get between tracks and just for random exploration.
Dream 8-15: In the fair lives a billionaire

Would you ever want to visit someone who is a billionaire? This dream featured visiting someonw who supposedly was a billionaire. In this dream, I was in this super-sized playground area almost like a fair, but far more open. The interior area hardly has anything in it at all. The area was circular in shape and had probably a half a mile for a diameter (interior part only) and there was a fairly large central lake in the middle, probably around 500 feet in diameter. The lake had a lot of very tall grass around it, especially in the interior. I used the float run to run across the lake and the diameter is quite accurate, provided that I was float running at full speed (200 mph).
In one area, there was this house in which a billionaire lived. To get inside, you had to climb some stuff. At the top was this huge ant nest with at least ten ants crawling around per square inch. I visited the billionaire's house three or four times. I can also recall seeing a computer inside, but it seemed more like an old DOS-based computer instead of the usual Windows-related computers. The top of the stairs took you about 12 feet high or so. I usually just jumped up all the way there. Often, I'd try to perform a stunt - jumping off and fall-gliding. The fall-glide is almost never used or involved in my dreams. The mathematics on how it should work appear to be correct though.
Other places recalled is a classroom or theater. Something caught fire and someone yelled "fire!" to warn everyone. I headed straight for the red fire alarm where you just pulled the handle down to trigger the alarm. I probably saved some lives from this.. After the fire was gone I went exploring the huge building and, for each corner you took, you'd never know what you'll see. Some areas were of a jungle, others had staircases. Some areas looked like either an ancient place or an expensive place.
In an area near the end, by some drink stands (probably lemonade), someone couldn't find a 5-inch diameter ball and someone else wanted me to get a drink for them. I believe I accomplished these tasks (the drinks for sure though). At the end, I visited the billionaire's home a final time and said goodbye. i jumped off of his 12-foot-high balcony and used the fall-glie to land. I then went for the central lake and float runned across it whizzing through the tall grass at high speed.
Recalled scenes:
1. I'm near the billionaire's house. I see an old wooden stair case that seems to be like 150 years old and in certain need of repair. At the top, I see a bunch of ants crawling around and, inside the house, through a screen door, there's a computer with a black screen on it and white text, very much like DOS.
2. I'm in this theater-like place (perhaps a classroom) that was gigantic in size. Someone later yells "fire!" and I see a small fire on the ground. I race around it to turn on the fire alarm. The fire is soon put out.
3. I see an area that seems like some ancient place. Marble walls are all over and some things seem damaged as from the elements. The marble is of a dark grayish color (it has a marble-like texture anyway). Details are vague.
4. I'm in this jungle-like area, but it's indoors. Details are very vague.
5. I'm in an area that seems very fancy, almost like it was a very expensive hotel. Again, details are very vague.
6. I'm by these drink stands about halfway between the central lake and the outer rim where the buildings are. One drink stand is of a reddish color. I can't recall much about the other though, but I'm quite certain that there were two of them.
7. I'm float running across the central lake and I'm whizzing through grass about 20 inches tall (or, at least this much is sticking out of the water). When float running, you don't fall into the water as it's dense enough.

On the day I went to Canada, during the night while sleeping, I had a dream featuring a special center that heals and fixes boredom. Though the name isn't fully remembered, Froolm seems the most probable. I'm 100% certain that the middle two letters were O's and the last laster was an M, 80% certain that the fifth letter is an L, and less than 20% certain on the first two letters. It had a strange name to it and this does seem quite strange, so it fits well.
The beginning part of the dream has been forgotten quite well. However, I can recall going into my basement and going for a swim in the mud. I walked toward the mud area getting in deeper and deeper. I figured that it was liquified for a very long time so it'd be squishy. I indeed went into it. However, I sunk in it faster than expected. I grabbed onto objects nearby to prevent myself from "sinking miles under".
The dream skips for a bit. I'm in this strange place where the superbored live. It was called the Froolm, * * O O * M with extreme certainty. I'll just call it the "Froolm" as it seems the most likely. The area is moderately fun, though very weird and somewhat scary.
I was soon introduced to the EML (it was spelled out in the dream, don't know what it stood for). I was taken to a pool of EML where the top part of it moved back and forth slowly (about 2 mph). This stuff is very much like water in properties, only, it has color that is more visible than water. It's of a color halfway between blue and green, mostly on the green side. A color estimate would be 00806030. I didn't like it right away mainly due to the name.
Not liking it, I was shown to the ultimate challenge which was sort of like a carnival ride. It was a big maze of tunnels. There were surges going on every roughly 30 seconds or so. The surges were of rushing EML that'll push you back if you weren't careful. You were in the EML as if you were underwater. No one had scuba gear so I figurd you could breathe in it. I watched the ride thing for the last (probably) 2 minutes of it. Those inside soon came out... all wet. There were some fish in there too.
I then went back to the central area and saw a TV screen. The TV screen had the name of this place I was in. I somehow exitted the area and began writing down the events that happened. I then wake up for real to begin writing down the events of this dream.
Recalled scenes:
1. I'm in my basement in an area that I know for sure where mud is. I begin walking into it as if wanting to go for a swim in it. I sink faster and deeper than expected so I grab onto something (don't remember what) to prevent this from happening.
2. I'm in this strange place with blues and greens all over the place. I'm seeing this glass window where the glass extends from the floor to the ceiling. It's arranged in the shape of a hexadecagon (a 2D plane figure with 16 vertices and angles). However, there are only 7 panes of glass. Inside was a TV monitor (didn't notice it until later) and some humans inside that area on these floating devices. The EML wasn't in here, except about 3 feet below where they were floating (or so it seemed that way).
3. I'm seeing this pool, octagonal in shape, with the sides moving back and forth at about 2 mph. The pool was about 12 feet from edge to edge. There was about a 4-foot gap in the walls to let others go in and just ride along.
4. I'm seeing this huge maze of nearly clear tunnels in a huge pool of the EML. I see some fish and some humans going around in there. The humans didn't have scuba gear at all. The tunnels, from what I can tell, were about 8 feet wide and seemed to shrink to about 3 degrees of my field of view at the furthest, probably about 150 feet away. You were seeing through some glass that extended from floor to ceiling, but was flat unlike the first area. I soon saw some get through the entire area, and, a few seconds later, coming out all wet from another area.
5. I'm back at the central area again watching the TV. The TV mentions the place where I'm at, but I can't remember if it told of anything.

Think about watching a scary movie then the concept actually happening. In this dream, something like that actually happened. I was with a class and, when day was over, they watched a movie, a somewhat scary one. I saw the rating for it and abandoned watching it right afterward. What was happening in that movie seemed to hapopen "for real". Weird things were around. There were these "cats" that were bad and they hid all over. I set out on a quest to get rid of them. Through much of the early part of the dream, I capture and destroy the ghostly cats. The last two were very tricky, one of which could go through walls liquified. I kept discarding it but it returned. This "cat" was the most dangerous. No, it wasn't like a lion or a tiger, it was more like a regular house cat. I soon manage to grab it, without getting injured. Two discard attempts fail due to it being able to go through walls. I find a secret discard area and throw it in there. The discard area was of a tunnel and a circular door that slides along. I then make it out the door and see a weird theme park.
Looking 60° up, you can see a faint rainbow track about 500 feet high and only 4 feet wide. I'm walking along and soon find these statue things that were 80 feet tall. Surrounding them was 4 feet of water (the depth). Someone managed to climb up one of them and got on one of them after walking through the water. The staff saw the guy on it and told him to get off of it as it was made of meat. Seems weird, but that's what the staff said. Slowly, the statue falls over, but doesn't act like meat, but of something like rock instead. The kid hops back into the water and stands in it. I'm on the other side and the statue was almost heading toward me. I run fast to get out of the way. The pool starts draining when the statue hits the edges. I look at the kid standing in the water. He was drenched entirely. I soon left and went toward those tracks.
When I arrived, I actually jumped on them as it was a faster way to get up. I got in the card and was about to take off. It was about ready but was so close to taking off. I had to quickly get out. I started to get out and I jumped about the time the cart took off and I began gliding picking up speed. I headed back toward the building I came from, brown in color, and whiz past it amazing everyone. I get into a field with lines of trees at about 100 mph or so. I pull up a little then level out. I then make a sharp turn to the right to head back. The dream ends shortly after.
Recalled scenes:
1. I see a TV on a stand about 6 feet above the floor. It's one of those stands that has wheels so that you can push it around. I saw the rating for the movie (don't recall what it was) and I abandon watching it.
2. I see some 1/2 transparent cats that seemed to be made of liquid. They look like the common house cat in terms of shape, but they, were more of a Jello-like thing. They were entirely made out of this Jello-like stuff.
3. I throw the tough one into another room and close the door. A few seconds later, I watch it going right through the wall.
4. I see this circular tunnel-like thing with greenish walls around it, that I discard the tough cat in. I watched it fall.
5. I'm in this theme park area looking 60° upwards at a faint rainbow-colored track about 500 feet high and 4 feet wide.
6. I'm near this statue, about 80 feet tall. The base it was in was about 10 feet high made of something gray. In the middle at the top of this gray part was a pool of crystal clear water and a kid standing on the edge of the big statue. I don't remember what the statue was of, all I saw was the bottom which was reddish in color.
7. One of the staff says to get off of the statue and that it was made of meat. Although reddish, it was seemingly more like feldspar than meat in terms of both color and texture.
8. The statue begins to lean over heading almost straight for me. I quickly move off to the side and I watch the kid jump into the water and stand in it. The top of the water was only 4 inches from his lower neck and given some of the views, it was about 4 feet deep. Everything with him was wet, even his hair. When the statue hits the edge, all the water drains out.
9. I then see the area where the statue was as nothing more than the original light gray platform it originally rested on.
10. I'm on the ground near those rainbow tracks. The tracks are about 1/2 transparent. I jump up onto them and into this dark gray cart resting on them. The cart was like a theme park-style cart, but not a roller coaster. The track was 4 feet wide and very straight, except for one curve halfway up the track. The curve was very sharp - 12 feet in diameter (outer edge).
11. I'm gliding past the building and into some tree-filled area at about 100 mph and about 70 feet above the ground. A little ways into the tree-filled area, I pull up some to gain some lost height then make a sharp right turn.

Both a little weird and fun, this dream was a peaceful one. Sometimes, parties do go on inside a hotel, but this hotel was rather weird and there was free invitation to the party. Access to this party was free all night long. I'm invited along with a few of my "friends". Those "friends" are actually unknown to me. I spent a lot of time in the hotel pool although I got out on occasion to look around. While in the pool, I was offered to play these games but sort of rejected.
At some point in the dream, I find a secret area in the hotel where the pool seems truly endless (sort of like a weird glitch in a game, but this seemed too real to be a game). A number in the 16,000's and a 16x time control comes to mind in this area but don't know much in the way of details.
I recall going outside again a few times with a starry sky clearly visible. Where I was, there were a bunch of parked cars in a parking lot. I can recall my dogs in my dream as well (or at least being mentioned).
At the end of the dream, though still dark, I recall my dad saying something about IHOP and/or some TV station. I was in and out of the pool for, I think, 3 to 5 times. The dream ends around here.
Recalled scenes:
1. I'm in a pool with cyan-green-looking water (or, more precisely, 00A0E0). There are about 15 to 20 humans playing around in the pool and the pool seems fair in size, like 16 feet wide by 24 feet long or something (using my bedroom (with known dimensions) as a guide for the estimation). It doesn't really look that crowded.
2. I'm mostly just jumping off of the walls. Some in the pool ask if I want to play some games. I reject most of them, but don't recall if I played any. I can recall that they didn't sound all that exciting or fun and some of them seemed a little mean, though not much. I recall being in and out of the pool 3 to 5 times.
3. I go outside the building often on ground level and look. The area is dark with very few street lights. I can clearly see quite a few cars in the parking lot. I think that there are about 40 or so cars visible.
4. I'm in some weird room where the hotel pool seems endless. The pool is the same 16 feet wide as the main one, but there's no one in here at all and the area is dimly lit. I can recall time being at 16 times true speed and a number somewhere in the sixteen thousands (from 16000 to up to, but not including 17000). Details are vague about this part of the dream and I don't know where it occurred. This, in the time line of recalled scenes, is the most likely.
5. At the end, my dad was saying something about IHOP, some restaurant thing (I've only seen TV ads featuring it - there are none where I live). He might have said (or included) something about a TV station as well.
Dream 8-19: Night time garage sale, and a store party
Occurred on Oct 19, 2005; general - 7; nature - 7; story - 6; scenery - 6.5; fun - 8!; scary - 1; weird - 4; imagery - 60% in tact; dream - 70% in tact
A combination of weird, fun, and exploration, this dream is just that: weird and fun. The first thing that I can recall is a garage sale. It was night and the place seems more like a store than a garage sale: more objects for sale are stored in boxes above. The boxes are stacked 3 high (about 50 inches). The ceiling was about 15 feet high. I recall finding some coins on the floor, picking them up, and giving them to the owner thinking that they were his. The area appears to be lit with a 40-watt lightbulb (or the equivelent).
Then I was at a party. This party was indoors and in a store. It, again, was night. I don't recall much about it other than it was 2:00 AM and the party was about over with. I was told to leave, but I wanted to stay longer. The store was more like a mall setting: large, long pathways stretching for hundreds of feet and stores all around of all types. The stores were open. The mall was just one story high. After being told to leave a few times, I head outside.
It was very dark outside, but there were no stars (due to an overcast sky, not lights). I ran around the 8x8 group of buildings using the float run. There were 8 buildings on a side forming a square without anything in the interior, except a hill and lots of grass. The interior lot (formed by the buildings) was about a half of a mile. I often ran along at full speed zipping past the buildings at 200 mph. I then just walked around in rain pools that were about two inches deep. I did this barefoot. I walked through them for some time (about a minute) then resumed float running between buildings. The dream ends around here.
Dream 8-20: Bridge and slope jumping and a hotel visit
Occurred on Nov 6, 2005; general - 8.8!; nature - 9.3!!; story - 8.2!; scenery - 7.8; fun - 9.72!!!; scary - 0; weird - 2; imagery - 92% in tact!; dream - 93% in tact!!
This dream has many parts to it. At the start, I'm on a trip, seemingly in the tropics as I recall palm trees. I'm riding along in a car and stop at 4 destinations. One of which, the first or the second destination, likely the second, was a desert-like area with a lot of sand. There was a fairly steep slope that everyone was to climb. I didn't climb it, but rather float ran up and jumped when the slope was nearest to a 1:4 slope (quite vertical). I jumped extremely high from this, over 2000 feet high (over 2200 feet is the highest possible). I looked down to see everything very well. I think that there was some water and a forest of palm trees below, but don't recall well. This scene was at day.
A second recalled area involves a bridge. The bridge was made of planks hung by ropes. One-third of the way across was another slope going about 3 feet above with a 2:3 slope ratio at the steepest. I waited for everyone in my group (about 15 were in my group) to cross the area and then I dashed for it in a float run jumping at the steepest part of it getting up at least 1800 feet above everything. I looked at the scenery below while going up. This, too, was during day.
A third recalled area was where I was at another bridge. This bridge also had a hole in it and I clearly recall seeing a greenish-colored river about 18 feet below. The bridge had no good curves in it but did have a 5-foot hole in it. The others were in the way again for me to jump it. No one fell in the river below. While waiting for everyone to cross, I made three small attempts. Once everyone crossed, I ran at 20 mph and jumped across entirely. This scene was at dusk, just after the sun set.
The fourth part of the dream involves traffic. I'm riding along in the car everyone else of my group is in. I recall seeing a piece of paper with 12 black dark spots in a 4:3 aspect ratio (3 wide, 4 high). They were curved 4:3 rectangles. I don't recall much about this scene besides being in the city with tall buildings (like 12 stories) lined with lights and a lot of orange in the scene.
The fifth part is where I'm lost. I don't recall how I got lost, but I was gliding through the city watching my blank mind radar map. It was blank as I filtered everything out except my group. I was gliding between buildings at even 100 mph keeping near 100 mph. I tried zooming out on my mind radar but didn't find anything. I soon find them, but inside a hotel. I slow down and land. I was in the parking lot and I came to a grassy area (about 80 feet or so frommy landing spot - space needed to stop from about 100 mph). I enter the hotel without my mind radar map on and see my group in there.
They were stumped on how I did some things. I showed them a frame-by-frame video on how I did. They were more than amazed. I also happened to have been carrying one of those black rounded rectangles and I show them where it came from. I don't recall much else about this dream. All I know is that there was one other place before the desert one with another good slope, but don't recall anything about it.
Recalled scenes:
1. I'm in the desert area. I see a cliff made of bright yellowish sand going to a 1:6 slope ratio at the steepest. I dash toward it in a float run jumping when closest to a 1:4 slope to provide maximum jumping height. The cliff is about 12 feet high.
2. I'm looking down from the big jump in the desert area roughly 2100 feet high or so (a calculated value using the distance-acceleration formula with a smaller result for margin of error). There's a lot of sand around, but I see a river and some greenery barely off of my field of view.
3. I'm looking at a bridge. The bridge is made of a bunch of 2x4's roughly 4 feet wide held together only by ropes about a half of an inch in diameter. There is a small slope in the bridge with a 2:3 slope at the steepest. The slope is only 3 feet high. The rest of the bridge is relatively flat.
4. I'm looking down from the big jump from this slope in the bridge about 1800 feet high (another calculated estimate). This scene shows a lot of trees and a forest of them a short ways ahead with some water around as well.
5. At dusk, I was going to cross another bridge. This bridge was about 8 feet wide made of 2x4's and it had a 5-foot hole about halfway across with a greenish-looking river below. This bridge had no worthy curves (a 6:1 slope at the best, no where near the perfect 1:4). There were a bunch of palm trees ahead in this area.
6. I'm in a fairly long car (not exactly a limosine). I'm looking outside and I see a bunch of buildings lined with lights. The setting is night. I recall a lot of orange in the scene (not from car lights or traffic lights). I also see this piece of paper with 12 rectangles on it roughly 2 inches wide by 1.5 inches tall each. The rectangles have curved corners.
7. I'm by the grassy area at the end of the parking lot at a hotel. The stars are clearly visible from night.
8. I'm inside the hotel looking at my group confused about me. I show them a frame-by-frame replay on my stunts.
